EAGLE
GROUP warrants our products to the original user
against defective material or workmanship for a period
of 1 year from the date of purchase. In order to qualify for this warranty, written notice to EAGLE must be given immediately upon discovery of such defect. The defective item must be promptly returned to an authorized EAGLE service center with all freight charges prepaid.
EAGLE GROUP
reserves the right to determine whether the product
failed because of defective material, workmanship or
other causes. Failure caused by accident,
alteration, misuse or ordinary wear and tear is not
covered by this warranty.
EAGLE GROUP
will at its discretion, repair or replace products
covered under warranty. Eagle or its authorized
service representatives must perform all warranty
repairs. Any repair to the product by unauthorized
service representatives voids this warranty. The
rights under this warranty are limited to the original
user and many not be transferred. |
